Germany agreement on self-propelled cars

Germany has paved the way for the auto industry to self-propelled cars of developing and testing. The German senate has on Friday passed a law specifying the conditions with which self-propelled cars for the German roads.

According to the law, which was last year by the German chancellor Angela Merkel is inserted, there is always a driver behind the wheel who, if necessary, the control can take over. Also, a black box the trip register and keep track of when the driver is driving and when the auto-pilot drive. That last can be of importance when assigning blame when an accident takes place.
