In the flooded areas in Canada, the hope has vanished that the water level quickly drops. There is rain predicted this weekend.
Most of the rain is going to fall in the region of Mauricie in the province of Quebec, which is precisely the region where the floods a lot of damage caused. Thousands of houses have been flooded, and almost 3000 people had to evacuate their homes. The floods caused a 120 landslides.
Also in British Columbia comes with the hard rain.
