The American president Donald Trump adopts a decision on whether or not to withdraw from the climate deal Paris after the G7 at the end of may in Italy. Spokesman Sean Spicer from the White House said Tuesday that Trump and his advisers want more information about the pros and cons of an American commitment to the climate treaty.
Earlier, Trump committed to the decision before the seven biggest industrialised countries (G7) at the end of may will gather in Italy. Topadviseurs of Trump and cabinet staff would be Tuesday in the White House discuss the question of whether the president himself to his campagnebelofte. That meeting has been postponed.
’Say climate deal not on
In the run-up to the elections, said Trump, the US participation in the climate treaty would terminate. Foreign leaders have him recalled not to do that.
