F1-fans know this job is in Jerez de la Frontera, probably from the crash of Martin Donnely during a test in 1990, or, perhaps, of this moment:
Now the king’s class of motorsport, the track is already a few years no more. MotoGP on the other hand is only too happy to visit in the motor racing-mad Spain. This year there are four races on the calendar in the country, of which the first this weekend in Jerez.
Despite the plethora of Spanish races, the organization has not to complain about lack of interest in the event. The stands sit full to bursting with over 100,000 people. Franco would be, however, probably want to that there are less eyeballs on him. He bounced namely, off the track in his BMW M5.
The now 62-year-old meek little mouse came there without serious problems, from. The car can not be said, that is a lot in the creases. Also the ego of the old racer is reportedly a bit wrinkled, although that isn’t actually needed. After all: if you are not crashing then you don’t do your best.
Thank you Midas for the tip!
