The Russian government must put an end to the persecution of homosexuals in the republic of Chechnya. That questions to five ministers of Foreign Affairs of the European Union, among whom Bert Koenders, in a letter to Moscow.
The call to the Russian colleague Sergey Lavrov is also signed by the German, French, Swedish and British ministers of Foreign affairs.
