Ah fine, Sunday evening. Plate on my lap, a beer and the TV on for football Max and his matties that on a small island boenderen in the Saint Lawrence River.

The diehard F1 fan, of course, looks all the races of the year. Nevertheless, there are a number of races where you have more to give than others. The tradition-circuits where less than a few green trees standing behind crash barriers, not 15 miles from the job are removed, speaking generally, more than the newfangled chilly Tilke-boulder with green painted asphalt grass must go. The Circuit Gilles Villeneuve on the Île Notre-Dame is such a race track from the first category.

The start

Behind the two fighting cocks in the front drive in round 56, successively, Bottas, Verstappen, were times, Rosberg and Ricciardo. Rosberg is in contrast to his team-mate yet for a second time stopped and is fast, but as so often is he really too long stuck behind other drivers. The finish
