This is a bit different than what you have in your barn, right?

Two brothers, one car, it is a romantic idea which is fantastic for me. What you see is a total scratch-constructed, beautiful Italian GT, which, as from the sixties seems to have walked. However, the Effeffe (not to be confused with Esseesse) only two years old.

The brothers Frigorio have a number of years for the project to finish. How they have done? They started with a tube frame and a custom-built lightweight chassis. The total weight comes to only 800 kg. Further, all modern disc brakes are fitted and the front with independent suspension and damping. The rear suspension consists of a asverbinding, with a Watt’s linkage.

Buizenframe

The drivetrain was of course typical of Italian are: the engine on the front, but behind the front axle. They used a tweeliter four-cylinder Alfa Romeo which, in style, is derived from the block from 1971. The Italian horses run about 180 hp at a deafening but oh so tasty 6,500 rpm. And that with the weight of a feather.

The brothers decide to take the gorgeous Berlinetta sell for about € 280.000 and there are several to produce. Obviously, all of the customer’s wishes are fulfilled, though we would not know what you are to this design yet (would like to add.
