Formula 1 fans hooks this year massively off by the lack of noise, but it’s a lot quieter. The first collective Formula E tests are on the road in Donington.

The times of yelp V12’s and stripes pull on the asphalt are already a while behind us. Car manufacturers can no longer sell that they have millions to invest in ‘dirty’ sport, and so we see, for example, hybrids that are the 24 hours of Le Mans win and a V6 turbo with KERS in Formula 1. Formula E goes a step further, because it is fully electric racing.

On the circuit of Donington, the Formula E cars for the first time, to be admired by the public at large (on this trip by London. The cars eyes are not so much different than other Formula cars, but as soon as the drivers ‘gas’ you have right away by where you have. No steamy exhaust or high speeds, but cars that sound like jets, and beyond the first one.
