Number of new lease cars decreased in may again

Just like last month, the number of new lease cars compared to last year.

Last month of may, there were 8.124 new lease cars registered. A decrease of 8.5% compared to may 2014, which 8.874 new cars were delivered. Last month, decreased sales, but 2015 as a whole is still in the plus.

There were in the first five months of this year 39.498 new lease cars registered, compared to 38.054 cars in the same period last year. The increase amounts to 3.8%, but that percentage is shrinking so with the month.

Peugeot, Renault and Volkswagen are good for a combined market share of 36% on the leasemarkt. 17,5% for Volkswagen, Renault stands at 10.2% and Peugeot is good for 8% of the leasemarkt. However, it must be noted that the volume of sales of Peugeot with 51% by far the hardest rose. Seat, Toyota and Skoda on the other hand have to contend with a falling off in the leasemarkt.
