A basic rule in marketing is: how more popular or more exclusive, your brand, the more you can ask for. This is why almost every car manufacturer is tempted to make merchandise, including shoes. Here 8 overpriced walkers that we would never buy.
Ok, maybe the pattas were not all superlelijk, but for the price that is asked of you expect anything better. Here we go:
Lamborghini slip-on brushed calf leather – a set of calfskin leather glimpantoffels. Great for in your villa. Costs: € 270,-
Porsche Design Cannes MO8 – Porsches entry-level model. Moccassin with pieces of plastic on the heel and sole. Costs: € 359,-
Puma Scuderia Ferrari Furio V Mid shoe – red-black ugliness, in Bangladesh to 20 cents in are stuck together by a child of six. Ferrari is doing them for 144 euro.
Lamborghini Driving Shoe Ostrich – A pair of Italian shoes of ostrich leather with a couple of gaye tassels on it. But hey, they are called by the Prada Group. Cost: € 1.460,-. Or 730 euro per piece, that sounds less expensive.
Maserati MC12 Sneakers – little Bit of lots of colours, but secretly it would be cool. With a large trident and three roostertjes. Cost: € 160,30
BMW M Sneaker Street Tuneo – Puma creates sporting grey monster, for 100 euros you can buy a few.
Porsche Design Berlin ML10 – Wannabe urban sneaker of leather and nylon. Cost: € 399
MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS High-Tops evoSPEED 1.2 – a Puma product, this time in the AMG-Petronaskleuren. Cost: € 130,-
But good, real players leave their shoes just custom. Or inspire their autoverf.
