Alcolock seems legally untenable

It seems that the alcolock is legally untenable. And that all comes by drunken lorry and bus drivers!

By a temporary change in the law having to truck and bus drivers, those with too much drink behind the wheel, no alcohol interlock in to build up in their truck or bus.
