The Opel Astra is the car of the year 2016

The German, who each executive to kakken move drag today a fat prize. That we had not seen coming.

But let’s start at the beginning and so we put the nominees together. That’s discussing, is still just that bit better.

• Opel Astra
• Skoda Superb
• Volvo XC90

We are, of course, not entirely agree with the outcome. Not because the new Astra is a bad car, but because you already with the Volvo XC90 to the gold they needed. Different sites brought over for the result to outside of the powerZweed would win, but they were apparently at the wrong end.

Quite apart from the fact that the XC90 here on AB on a lot of raised duimpjes can count, it was been fun if the COTY to a not very boring car went. Because let’s face it: a really avid car is the Astra not. The winners of previous years also not.

Last year was the Volkswagen Passat at the longest end pulled. In 2014 went to the in the Netherlands very popular Peugeot 308 with the crown to the house, and in 2013, the ever-innovative Volkswagen Golf. You see: the COTY-election stands absolutely as bold choices that have absolutely nothing to do with politics.
