Particular elf: the very first Porsche 911 Turbo

Not only the fact that this is the first 911 Turbo ever, does the above instance particular. This 911 also has a separate history.

The 911 Turbo was in 1974 available for the public at large. It was a time when only very few car manufacturers on the turbo technology ventured. In 1962 tried Chevrolet, the technique is already out on the Corvair, but this was no success.

Back to the 911 Turbo. The first build instance in the Porsche Museum, where more special stuff to admire. In the video below explains the enthusiastic Dieter Landenberger us that Louise Piëch (daughter of Ferdinand Porsche) this car in 1973 as a birthday gift.
