How to hit a spider of this size in the headlight of a car?

Reddit-user damonline has no explanation and was very surprised when his car is found with this new resident. It is difficult to see what car (and size of the headlight) is the case here, but it is obvious that it is a hefty spin.

The event gives a suitable solution for the koplampgate-issue. Seems to me strongly that someone with this resident is still in the near of your headlamp.
