Vanity plates: in many countries – but not in the Netherlands – is a concept, and a nice extra pocket money for the governments. So also in the US, where the Texaan Safer Hassan above plates on his Lamborghini Aventador screwed.

At first glance it looks like just a random letter cijfercombo, isn’t it? An employee of the DMV (the Us RDW) was, however, an inspiration, perhaps helped by this sign that an American lady ever recorded. Mirror the combination but once and hold it upside down, and you can see it.
