A V6-powered supercar, or maybe a muisstill elktro-drive? The Spirra can both have.

The Spirra was more than 10 years ago, developed by the South Korean Proto Motors, a company that in 2006 was taken over by compatriot Oullim Motors. They continued the development of the handmade supercar by and introduced in 2007, the Spirra GT270. A raceversie with a 2.7-litre V6 24V Twin Turbo engine. The ability of the Spirra GT270 was about 600 hp. Not long after, the Spirra S revealed, which was powered by the same 2.7-liter zespitter – coming from Hyundai. This knew using a supercharger for about 400 hp to cough, which the car in 4,8 seconds to 100 km/h and managed to pop it and a top of 305km/h aantikte.

Dutch e-culture

While the Korean supercar is still in dribs and drabs is sold, decided the Dutch investor Roland Notermans recently to the Spirra, together with a number of partners to electrify (something that another Dutch company in 2008, also already tried). Under the name Spirra Europe BV, they will be the car soon in the province of Friesland with a fully electric drivetrain, that its e-forces on all four wheels. Details are still scarce, as well as the final design, but the Dutch company hopes to be there at the Geneva motor Show (2015) more about to be able to tell.

At Supercar Sunday, they are present with a Spirra where really striking a cord from the front. While there at the back, and a few exhausts out the bumper stitches. So we leave in the middle whether this model by electro – or benzinekracht is powered, but this can be next year for slightly more than two tons of ordering with a plug-in connection. Will be undoubtedly continued.
