The French automotive industry has several times in the past proven that they are pretty far out-of-the-box thinking. Now that is not a bad trait, on the contrary, but you can also overdo it.

Citroën DS Dakar
Once again a car with the appearance of a Pike. This dakar edition was in 1980 and 1981 for the well known desert-rally used.
Renault Avantime
Everyone knows the crazy car MPV, but a success is the never become. The French manufacturer Matra has since 2001 only 8.450 units were built. At the beginning of 2003, production was discontinued due to disappointing sales figures.
Renault Twizy
This electric stadsgebakje is available in two versions: a 45 km/h and 80 km/h-version. Both are equally useless.
Renault Clio V6
