Set your mind. You should have this idea in your mind that you have to ace those finals. If you study planning on getting a C- in the finals, that’s not going to help you get good marks in math. You have to make it your aim to study hard and be ready enough to study for it. -

Plan ahead. Make sure you leave enough time for yourself for practice. It is recommended to leave almost a month or more for your math finals. Plan out how many days you have until final exam. -

Organise. You do not need to spend too much time in organising the material you need for your math exam, but take out the things from your binder which you do not need. Get your syllabus and the material you need to practise from. Homework question can also be helpful. -

Start practising. Try your best not to procrastinate. Set out plans for each day and make sure you complete those. Give more time to the topics you are weak at and finish the easier ones as soon as possible. You can also download PDFs with past exam papers.- From your book, make sure to practise the review questions and the example questions. If you have a workbook available, make sure to do questions out of that.

Use the internet! The internet can be used to help you with mathematics. If you have less time and you can not use your time in going to the teacher and asking him or her for help, go ahead and try some websites that might help you with the mathematics problems.- Try Khanacademy.com. It has some explanatory videos that would help you clear your concepts and the website also has some practise questions to test you. As long as you have not aced all the questions, the website will keep presenting you with questions.

Never give up. Just keep practising and make sure that you never give up. Practise everyday until you realise that you have mastered the topic! Keep trying and good luck for your finals!
