Official: Circuit Park Zandvoort acquired by Prince

It was all a moment in the air, but just it is officially brought out: Circuit Park Zandvoort has a new, very well-known owner.

Chapman Andretti Partners is the new owner of the circuit. The name is obviously a reference to the Lotus-founder Colin Chapman and driver Mario Andretti, but both of them have no link with the men behind this organization. That are namely, Menno de Jong and Bernhard van Oranje. They take the circuit from Hans Ernst, who is 27 years, director and majority shareholder.

In a press release lets the circuit know that the acquisition, as yet no consequences for the programming. So also not for our beloved Junkyardrace. See the prince and his companion that racing in the Netherlands is rising in popularity (how is that possible?) and they breed on new initiatives to get a piece of the action. Will be undoubtedly continued.
