Is 326 hp to only the rear wheels of your little compartment you put something too heavy? BMW solves the dilemma for you on the M235i from this summer with xDrive rest.
The second half of 2014 brings a push to BMW-diversification. We saw in the context of this all of the EDE-versions of the 5 Series, and 7 Series Exclusive came to bid. But BMW will broaden its current range further, with new motoropties and AWD for some models that had not yet.
The most interesting of these is the M235i Coupé xDrive. The 326 hp Bimmer is standard with the 8-speed automatic equipped, and the accleratie of 0-100 in 4.6 seconds, two tenths quicker than the RWD variant, and only 2 tenths slower than the M5.
In addition, it introduces BMW, a 228i Coupé, as opvuller between M235i and 220i, with the 245 hp strong 2.0 TwinPower four-cylinder.
4 Series Cabrio
Also the 4 Cabrio gets new motoriseringen, waarinder the 420i, a new entry-level model. On dieselgebied there are a choice of 3 new engines: the 425/430/435d with repsectievelijk 218pk/450Nm , 258pk/560Nm and 313pk/630Nm. The 425 has a four cylinder engine on board, the other two are six-in-line-engines.
8-speed automatic transmission with proactive drive
This new machine will work together with your navigation (even when not turned on) and switches back when there is a bend or roundabout. The technology was reserved for the top models, but theres also now to 1 t/m 5 Series. Whether this is the same system as that of the Rolls-Royce Wraith, we don’t know, but it seems pretty identical.
