Nou?
Ladies and gentlemen car enthusiasts! In the Netherlands old cars to the bone recycled. There is seriously very little of wrecks about. There will still be some parts to grab on the demolition?

Okay, we exaggerate something, but according to ARN is improving environmental performance in the Netherlands at least 95% of the autogewicht recycled and recovered. Something where ARN on behalf of the vehicle industry now attention for ask. Research shows that the average Dutchman thinks that only 59% of an old car can be used again.

From that same research also shows that 80% of all Dutch people think that recycling is necessary. Something that buyers of new cars already have to pay themselves in the form of a recyclingbijdrage. The majority estimates that this amount is above 100€, when in fact only 45 euro. And, well, what is 45 euro on a McLaren P1 (€1.147.717) or a Porsche 918 Spyder (€780.450)?

In the Netherlands every year approximately 200,000 car wrecks removed. More info about how this works can be found here.
