In contrast to most European countries color Netherlands red according to the latest sales data from January 2016. Rara, how would that come?
One Europe, one hundred thousand different rules and systems. So you can get the current mess in Brussels. Autobrancheorganisatie ACEA has today the European autoverkoopcijfers of January 2016 to be announced. If best scored Iceland with a plus of 79.8 percent compared with the same period last year. The worst scores of the Netherlands with -14,4 percent.
This has everything to do with the ever-changing autostelsel. The reigning stuff in The Hague, there is still pressure to take things to change. Our Dutch bijtellingssysteem an extremely unhealthy influence on the sales. Last december, ran everyone to the dealer for that last bijtellingstoppers to fish. Among other Peugeot drowned in the number of orders. In comparison with the rest of Europe is this Dutch system clearly visible. No other European country has a score below the -10 percent when it comes to the sales figures of the past month.
The general sales is, however, in the elevator. There were in Europe for the past month 1.061,150 cars sold. This there were 999.195 in the same period a year ago. A nice plus of 6.2 percent. These are positive figures after years of dark periods. Bankruptcies among car companies take off and under other Lexus, Lamborghini and Porsche showed green figures in 2015. Thrice hurrah.
