Someone has more than half a million British pounds paid for a fake Aston Martin DBS V8.
Last year, the Bahamas Yelllow DBS-copy of Aston Martin here already, when his owner took him to the Villa d’este. Less than a year later, the iconic Brit from the TV Series The Persuaders (The Versierders) changed ownership, and not for little. During the Aston Martin Works Sale of velinghuis Bonhams brought the car for £533.500, converted more than six-and-a-half-ton in euros.
This was the the best known piece, but not the highlight of the auction. This was a 1970 DB6 Mk. 2 Volante, which for £757.500 of owner changed.
The DBS is subcutaneous a six-cylinder model for the series optically converted to V8 DBS, because Aston Martin is the stronger variant is still not ready. Its rider, Roger Moore, was a millionaire, and that you can not in a poor six-cylinder drive, of course. Moore and his co-actor, Tony Curtis, have their (value-creating) your signature on the DBS.
