Car stuck on bridge in Bruges

That sounds like a very bad Belgenmop, but it is not.

Yesterday happened to the two French tourists. The gates of the Scheepsdalebrug in Bruges went yesterday unexpectedly close. The three cars on the bridge were were embedded. The driver of the first car was so keen to get the barrier up manually to push. So could the first two cars and the bridge just in time to leave.

Unfortunately, it was for the French couple in the third car to leave. They had a free view over the always beautiful city of Bruges. The car was hanging with its front wheels over the edge of the bridge. No one was injured and there was miraculously no damage.

According to bystanders, could the two tourists, nothing to do. The lights were still on green when the cars cross the bridge on reason. Would it be a joke? (via Nieuwsblad.be)
