Ferrari 246 GT Dino
See this Ferrari-tje sweet!

This is the Ferrari 246 GT Dino, a budget-Ferrari late sixties came to market and contrast had to offer to the Porsche 911. The 246 GT was based on the 206 GT and had a slightly larger wheelbase and sheet metal of steel instead of aluminum. But much more importantly, the 246 GT was given a larger engine with more power. Where the 206 GT 180 hp from a 2.0 V6 pressed, the 246 GT was based on the 195 hp. Unfortunately, there was, thanks to the heavy steel hardly speedups, but with a top of 238 km/h-it has to be faster than the Porsches of the time.

The 195 hp of the car produced came from a 2.4 V6 mid-engine that actually was intended for Formula 2, but as the appointments were needed to the engine block first 500 production cars be fitted, before he approved was for the F2. That’s how it started and built a Ferrari in his budgetreeks Dino, Ferrari 246 GT. Unfortunately Ferrari was the target of 500 cars not only reach, and was therefore in collaboration with Fiat also offers a range of Fiat Dinos built.

In Winterswijk put lenny98 a Ferrari Dinootje on the sensitive plate. In red of course. A few weeks ago, we saw also a beautiful brown in Blaricum. A very gift classic that translated to the current time, however, is reminiscent of an Alfa Romeo 4C. For Italian, mid-engine, relatively cheap. Perhaps it’s time that Ferrari the cheaper Dino line yet, but again a new life into? Or is the California all affordable?
