Are the Chinese now own work to copy in Frankfurt? Probably has to Chang’an, just a few Chinese actors hired to ensure that the pressure seems to be on their stand.
Most Europeans have probably never heard of Chang’an, but this car manufacturer is in its home country of China a major player. They are not for anything in the top 5 in terms of quantity of built cars.
Further, they collaborate with companies such as Ford, Mazda, Suzuki and Peugeot-Citröen (PSA) and was/is there a connection with Jiangling. You know the company that was responsible for the Landwind.
In Frankfurt show the Chinese this remarkably well-lined SUV, which would feature a 2.0-litre petrol engine or a 1.8-litre petrol engine with turbo. The maximum capacity would be about 180 hp amounts.
Two years ago, Chang’an is also to be found in Frankfurt. Then they had a large four-door coupé with the name “Sense”, but unfortunately we have never heard of it. Probably will CS75 the same fate awaited.
UPDATE: Tycho of carnewschina reports by mail that it was so busy with photographing Chinese because the car world premier in Frankfurt and also by the Chinese themselves had not yet seen. Chang’an wants the brand international alure. The CS75 will start next year on the market and also comes to Europe together with the Eado and Raeton.
