An old gas station from the ’30s, you can abort and replaced by a new one, without heart and soul. You can, however, also have something meaningful to do, and that is exactly what they are in England have done with this aging Shell station.

This old Manor Road Garage is converted to a building with eight apartments. At this moment there is still one apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen to purchase. The apartment costs £285.000 (336.720 euro) and is situated in Rye, East Sussex.

There is a parking lot at the apartment and in your front yard are still four old gas pumps, so you will never have far to travel to your tank to fill.
