BREAKING: Irs auction Spyker-estate

This month is a large part of Spykers assets sold off by auction. This is done in order of the Tax authorities.

Just recently, we were tipped that Troostwijk Auctions later this month, an online auction of some exclusive Spykers and components. This involves, among others, a Formula 1 car, the blue-and-yellow C8 racer, the P2P SUV concept, but also 85 Audi V8 engines and transmissions under the hammer.

The client is as I said, the Tax office Utrecht, the netherlands. We contacted the Spyker headquarters in Zeewolde: they confirm that there is a debt outstanding with the tax authorities. How large this is, we were not to hear, but it is of such proportions that a seizure of the assets of the company could not emerge. As a result, there will be numerous Spykers, prototypes and racers through a executieveiling of the hand done.

Spyker denies bankrupt. To Autoblog, they let us know that they are hard working on a resolution and be confident that everything will work….

In a separate reaction CEO Victor Muller that the matter is resolved, and the auction does not take place. When we verified that at Troostwijk, this was denied: the Tax administration has so far not commissioned the auction, to cancel, for now, this will just continue.

Troostwijk is also not strange for Spyker: at the time veilde the Amsterdam house also the two Spyker C8’s of Vladimir Antonov.

Update 07-07 09:45 – Just reached us of the message that the auction is now withdrawn. Spyker lives to see another day.
