March stirs its tail. After we got in the first two months of this year, quite a bit had to search for good material for the Autojunk Photo Of The Month was this month hard to choose between many beautiful pictures.
Multiple winner Bas Fransen (Bazzl) this month our gastjurylid after he last month managed to win with a photo of a Subaru BRZ. Photos are-just like cars – emotion and subject to personal taste. The opinions of the four judges were very much divided this month, so do not hesitate to your own opinions in the comments!
3rd place: Ford Mustang at sunset
As a whole, perhaps the most beautiful picture this month, but we were with z’n all agree on the fact that it is not the winner. The reason that we all had was simple: the car is just not good enough in the picture to the main subject of the photo. Bass: “crazy ” pictures, only because of the beautiful sunset, the focus is unfortunately not on the brutal car.” Photographer subaru555 had more attractive plates in this series by the way (also with photos where the Mustang better came out) but we found none as beautiful as this photo. A little more attention to the car in the setting of this picture and it was a sure winner.
Place 2: Lamborghini Aventador combo
Let’s stress again: just how special a car is, it is important that the total picture is as good and special as possible. Now, there is technically very little to comment on this photo (and the rest of the series) but for Wouter, Autoblogger and me missed these photos yet, just the “wow-factor”. Top 3, for sure, but not a winner. Bass thought otherwise and had him at 1: “beautiful and exclusive duo, the composition is very nice. The colours of the car out nicely compared to the background and the open doors make it all the way off.” But unfortunately for him (and Philippe Collinet): most of the votes counted! A well-deserved second place, but with a more exciting environment to be a winner.

And then the winner of this month. Women and cars are historically a very good scoring combination, and that must be Jeffrey, the Rider is also aware. Yet this was not a picture with fine shaped ladies take a look under the hood, but the above picture we like best. Not that the rest of the series is not good but this has by far the most interesting composition. Bass: “crazy ” pictures of a cool car that is photographed in a location that perfectly suits the car.
