Actor Tracy Morgan suing Walmart for accident

Last month, the American comedian Tracy Morgan involved in an accident in which a friend was killed: a wal-mart truck drove itself in the back of his luxury Mercedes Sprinter. Morgan is out of his coma, wakes up, and complains Walmart.

The accident happened late at night in New Jersey. The trucker would not be paying attention, and had little about of the van in which Morgan and others were. The 911-call as a result of the crash is here to listen.

Allegedly it was the trucker, with to high-speed through road works, reed and reportedly fell asleep more than 24 hours together awake, and Morgan thinks that therefore the fault of the accident in the shoes of an employer, Walmart slide. Morgan held a broken leg, ribs and nose in the accident.

Supermarket chain Walmart is owned by the already wealthy Walton family, which also includes a considerable number of Ferrari 250 GTO’s have.
