Restoration of the thing took a whopping five years to complete, after two years of preliminary study.

After a thorough renovation, the Glass Carriage, which its name thanks to the large amount of windows and waxinelichtjeshouder-repellent glass panes which the wood to protect it, again in excellent condition in order and ready to show to the public.
