Ford has 5 million EcoBoost engines built

The blue oval has a big milestone achieved with their EcoBoost line.
The model in which the five millionth copy is spooned is a Ford Focus 1.0 EcoBoost. Per month, but as many as 200,000 engines with this label produced, which among other things will find their way to the Mondeo’s and Fiesta’s, but also to serious stuff like the upcoming Ford GT. That last model is available with a V6 fitted.
