The advent of the new 2 Series means that the 1 Series Cabrio is doomed. That will be logically as 2 Series Cabrio by life. Something for the automotive photoshopleger to get started.

And to whom can you have such a task than better than Theophilus Chin aka the Automotive Manipulator. This man has so much already, realistic, visions for shopping of future models that are almost impossible to keep up.

BMW will give us a little in excitement about the looks of the successor of the 1 Series Cabrio, but you bet that the final product is 99% match is going to come up with what we see here. In terms of technology and engines will be the 2 Series Convertible will probably be identical to the 2 Series Coupe.

There are certainly enough people to find the money for a M235i Cabrio. Now just have to wait until the BMW 2 Series Convertible and 2 Series Gran Coupe announces.
