VW: Piëch and the woman are replaced by cousins

Former head of the Volkswagenconcern Ferdinand Piëch and his wife Ursula steps on, but the family Piëch remains as strongly represented. Two nieces of Piëch (57 and 34 years old) to replace him and his wife in the supervisory Board.

The names of their vervangsters are Julia Kuhn-Piech and Louise Kiessling. The ladies are added to the twintigkoppige of the Board of overseers at the request of the management of the Volkswagen Group. Dr. Louise Kiesling (57 years old) studied fashion design and vehicle design in, respectively, Vienna and London. She was then employed as a designer in Germany, Austria and Great Britain. Julia Kuhn-Piëch is a bit younger. With her 34 years, she is probably one of the youngest members of the supervisory Board. Julia Kuhn-Piëch studied real estate and facility management in Vienna. She is working as an independent broker and is in addition, since last year, been a member of the supervisory Board of MAN Truck & Bus AG.
