You need at least one stitch loose at high speed on Isle of Man to drive. We can use the record attempt by Mark Higgins not otherwise describe than insane.

He set the record in 2011 already to his name in a Subaru Impreza WRX STI. At the time, he came to a lap time of 19 minutes and 56 seconds: not bad for a ride over a circuit of more than 60 kilometers long. Now there is a new version of the STI, and so it was recently time for a new recordrit.

The Subaru of Higgins differs only in details from the production version in the showroom. The WRX STI received a new suspension for the bumps in the trail to catch it. Also, got the sf for the safety of the driver, a roll cage and a fire extinguishing system on board.

Higgins racing for 25 years on the Isle of Man and proved so again, the right man at the speed of the Impreza to prove it. He set the record with a time of 19 minutes and 26 seconds, a lot better.
