Designers and engineers with some spare time often come up with the coolest projects on the gpu. Without too much interference of the pinstripes in the boardroom and especially, of course, of the auditor, they can be delicious loosening and think of things that really over the top. Over-the-top, but at the same time brilliant. Think for example of the Porsche Carrera GT.

Another such project is this spaceship of LaFerrar-designer Flavio Manzoni. The Arie is of course especially designed with the eye on aerodynamic efficiency, aesthetics was on the second place. Manzoni, however, had time and devised in his free time, this bizarre digital spaceship in each other. Nice!

The UFO is both the fastest street Ferrari of the moment and on his FXX K trackday-partner based, which clearly shows the front wing and the upright flaps at the back. Ferrari wants to didn’t want to let go on lap times on the Nürburgring, but we find ‘m successful.
