Production MINI Convertible F57 exclusively by VDL Nedcar’

Good news for VDL Nedcar: BMW wants the new MINI Convertible in Born to produce.

That told by sources within the BMW Group to just-auto. The new MINI is not yet presented, but it is going to be the successor of the MINI Convertible R57. This convertible was between 2009 and april 2015, produced in the MINI factory in England, and is since march 2009 at the dealer.

The Convertible can be a opfrisbeurtje use, though it is a bit out of the question when we find the successor to see. The new generation (Project F57) would, according to the sources within BMW already from the end of 2015 exclusively be produced at VDL Nedcar. It is obvious that the car is presented in september, during the IAA in Frankfurt, but that is still wait and see.
