More dead after attacks in Damascus

BEIRUT –

The death toll from the assassinations of Sunday in the Syrian capital Damascus has risen to more than seventy. It reports the Syrian Observatory for human Rights Monday.

Target of the attacks was a sjiitisch shrine in Damascus. The perpetrators brought the first car bomb to be detonated. Then blew up two suicide bombers in the crowd. The Syrian state news agency SANA said, so far, of more than fifty dead.
