The German tuner Carlsson decided that it’s high time was the facelifted Mercedes GLK with some extra punch. And an ugly grille.

Itself prices they have their own version of the GLK as ” elegant, sporty and strong’. If we have the front apart, would this GLK there perhaps come close. A shiny diffuser, a fresh battery, stainless steel auspuffs, sporty suspension, and aluminum rims from 18 to 21 inches. To the lowered sports suspension (30 millimeters closer to the asphalt!) not to be forgotten.

Under the hood tickled Carlsson, the 220 CDI diesel with an extra 34 hp and 100 Nm more traction. That means a total of 204 hp and 500 Nm of torque.

The interior gets a skin of alcantara and wood or carbon fiber trim. And, of course, sporty aluminum pedaaltjes, illuminated doorsills and snazzy floor mats.

But then that front. Really exciting can we the original do not call, but this Carlsson front we can also certainly not elegant. The Germans gave the Benz a completely different front bumper with a lot of gaastoestanden and a big a $ $ grille with Carlssons own logo at the place of the famous star. Hm.
