German judge sweeps ban Uber from the table

The conservative taxi business and other people who don’t like change/progress, to keep members today in Germany a sensitive defeat: the court in Frankfurt declared a previous ban on the service UNGÜLTIG!

The court ruled that “the immediate ban on the deployment of the private drivers is not justified because there is no urgency”, reports the NOS.
