Father and son fight in court to Lancia Stratos

Owning a Lancia Stratos is, for many people the ultimate dream. Ernst Hrabalek has less than four. Or at least he thinks he is, four in possession, because even his son claims to be the owner of the Lancia’s.

The situation is as follows: Ernst Hrabalek is the owner of four brutal Lancia Stratossen. Over the last fifteen years if son Chris regularly behind the wheel of the cars. Stronger still: he did it so often that he now thought that the Italian cars now were his. There was father Ernst, however, do not agree with, but the two were there together.

The case came before the court in three different countries. After four years of litigation came to the British court this week with a final verdict: the cars that belong to father Ernst. Son Chris refuses, however, satisfied. “I am very disappointed in this ruling, especially because I was in Austria and Germany is equal to me. We investigate the possibilities to appeal.”
