An English woman stood three hours in the traffic jam at the exit of a parking lot (nope, they gave her a ticket. Due to road works was the output so clogged that there is very little else on sat. According to the system they stood for longer than the maximum three hours in the parking lot, and so plopped a few days later, a penalty fee of 70 GBP with mrs. on the doormat.
