We write april 2011 as Ellen Askamp is killed after a night out. The 17-year-old girl is on the way home scooped by A. E. from Oosterhout. He was given last summer to four years imprisonment and a driving ban of six years. How lame it may sound: he has been since 2013 a free man, because he was long prisoner on remand. What concerns us is there is still change, because the now 25-year-old man is since 2013 and nine (yes, you read that correctly) times caught driving without a driver’s license, including last week Wednesday.

That in itself is bizarre, but it can all be worse, much worse, as it turns out. The Oosterhouter reed in a uninsured car, had nine grams of hash in his pocket and insulted by his arrest, the agent in question.
