Porsche comes out next year with a 911 Safari 4×4 Concept

You thought, perhaps, that Porsche has done with the think of 911 variants, but nothing is less true. Next year, there seems to be a real ‘Safari’ version to be presented.

In the ’70s and ’80s was Porsche active in rallying with the 911 and 959. Now they can be beautiful on that past for inspiration.

During the Beijing Auto Show, which is held in april 2014, it would be Porsche 911 Safari 4×4 as a concept car they want to disclose. That car would be based on the 991 Carrera 4S, but with thicker tires, opgekrikte suspension and the necessary beschermingsplaten.

If this concept car in the taste than would be Porsche in 2016 a production version may launch. In Europe we laugh may be very hard to the idea of a sports car with terreincapaciteiten, but in countries with bad roads is the solution.
