This is him, the sixth generation of the 7 Series.
BMW wanted the new 7 Series like up to the official unveiling on 10 June under the cloth. We understand best. But then the Austrian BMW-branch are not the first photos and info are now all happily online swing. Does the effect of those teasers still a little lost. But well, after the leakage at the end of last year, we now have the first press plates and more info of the new limo-Bimmer, that the age got 7 Series from 2008 is replaced.
On the front we see that BMW is the familiegezicht going, and with – optional – laserkoplampen covering the grille. Below, we find the LED daytime running lights, shaped in strips. The hood shows more folds than before, which allows the car less anonymous looks, but still business-like and tight.
Who a 7 Series with more brutality wishes is at his beck and operate. No, unfortunately there is still no visibility on a M7 that Audi’s S8 and S65 AMG of Mercedes fire to the shins, but in the online configurator – offline now is taken – was a picture of the new 7 Series with the M sport Package. Gross bumpers, thick wheels, and obligatory reduction. You know the drill.
At the marktlancering in October, the new 7 Series (G11) with three engine variants on the market: a 740i with a 326 hp six-cylinder, the 750i (xDrive) with a twinturbo V8 that has about 450 hp, and the 730d with a 265 horsepower six-cylinder zelfontbrander, if desired, to link to xDrive all-wheel drive. In a later stage, there are a number of interesting plug-in hybrids.
More pics from the list of options you can find in the gallery. That leaves us with one interesting detail to report: the may 2015, the new 7 Series is just a fancy phone with physical buttons to order. Silicon Valley is crying softly.
