The FIA boss is not afraid to occasionally be a controversial ruling, and had also again today.
The last time there is quite a lot of criticism on the current state of affairs in the Formula 1. Jean Todt, however, is that it all along. Stronger still: a crisis would be absolutely no question, because the problems are all solved with the faster, listigere cars in 2017 should be introduced.
“It is not so that we the struggle of having to deal with cancer, I see it rather as a big headache. So we have to be a solution to that,” said Todt. “In that respect, we are already on the right path. We have, in my eyes, no, no major changes are needed.”
Todt hopes even that certain reglementswijzigingen already in 2016 can be entered, but has the support of the teams needed. “If we are really strong proposals on the table, then I hope that all the teams agree to them immediately. Otherwise we have until February 28, 2016 to the regulations for 2017 to determine.”
