Car breaks in half, everyone survived

With a rotgang split in half while your passengers survive. Then do you do when the car does something well.

Above and below photos were taken on the British motorway M11 near Essex. There took place earlier this week, a kind of kerstwonder when this hatchback -which your editorial on the early morning still has not been able to identify – after a collision with a large road sign was divided into two pieces, and the two occupants of the accident without too much damage to survive. They had only on-the-spot medical attention is needed.

The front of the car was found in the bushes, the back remained behind at the roadside. It makes us think of the Audi S8 earlier this year in the Belgian Molenbeersel in two clapped after a megacrash, in which the driver also got out of the car without significant problems. Are cars that fall apart in collisions, sometimes just awfully safe? Time for a Euro NCAP investigation.
