‘British pilot shot and killed by poachers’

Poachers in Tanzania a British helicopter pilot shot. That happened when the victim with his unit in case of a dead elephant flew, and had a colleague of the man know to the BBC.

The Brit Roger Gower was in the East African country for The Friedkin Conservation Fund. He flew people back and forth between different camps in a reserve, but performed with his helicopter also patrols. That were ultimately fatal.
