‘British pilot shot and killed by poachers’
LONDON –
Poachers in Tanzania a British helicopter pilot shot. That happened when the victim with his unit in case of a dead elephant flew, and had a colleague of the man know to the BBC.
The total olifantenpopulatie in Tanzania since 2009, has decreased by 60 percent, resulting in the death of 65,000 animals. This is according to figures from the Tanzania Wildlife Research Institute by the government was a secret kept, but which the German weekly Der Spiegel, the hand knew.

The Brit Roger Gower was in the East African country for The Friedkin Conservation Fund. He flew people back and forth between different camps in a reserve, but performed with his helicopter also patrols. That were ultimately fatal.
The pilot was, according to his employer taken under fire when he corpses discovered three elephants were killed by poachers. Gower could be helicopter still on the ground, but died reportedly before he would be saved.
