Spyker embark creditors with a fooitje

Spyker, the not so thriving supercarbouwer from Zeewolde, still had an amount of €44 million was outstanding to creditors. Somewhat problematic, because that money has the company. But Victor Muller would Victor Muller not are as he not knowing what to think of c.q. a rabbit out of the hat drew.

Arrangement procedure

To Spyker release weeks of his creditors, the company did – that no cars builds, no staff more in service, and practically no has the right to exist – today at the court in Lelystad, the proposal to creditors of €12,000 to pay for it. Plus 10 percent of the amount then remaining.

For small creditors an outcome, but a big name as Sternlease – €173.000 Victor get – is quite the ship. UPDATE 11 June 2015
The arrangement procedure by Spyker to the creditors was proposed today is ratified. Spyker will be so out of the suspension and be back by able to run, but it will temporarily a long half-life. The value of Spyker is currently about 7.5 million euro. One seeks always to a prospective acquisition. More info here.

UPDATE 21 July 2015

Today, the Court of appeal in Leeuwarden, the arrangement procedure approved. One of the creditors was straight, but the judge has now determined that the way why Spyker is a part of the debt pay off as valid.
