Sales forecast for 2015 pretty awful: 390.000 cars

Those who thought that the Dutch car market in 2015 substantially, would benefit from the upcoming changes around the addition is wrong. We will go again to the 400,000 new cars.
That is, in any case, the prognosis of Aumacon, who expected that next year a total of 390.000 new cars will be sold. Of recovery is thus anything but talk, because if we 2014 into account, than it happened since 1970 only three times before that we are less than 400,000 new cars bought. For comparison: in 1999 there were still 611.776 pieces.
Aumacon see the fall not as a surprise, but as a logical consequence of a number of developments. We live mainly in the Randstad closer and closer to our work, and are therefore opting more often for other modes of transport, while cars are high also getting better and, therefore, less quick to require replacement.
The tightening of the bijtellingsregels 2016 also has a less significant impact than expected. Of course there will be by the end of 2015 more leaserijders choose a new car, but Aumacon-director, Clem Dickmann expected absolutely no rush. The effects of the ever-changing bijtellingsregels on an annual basis, however, much less severe than some authorities would have us believe. The bottom line missing the primary basic buying mood.”
UPDATE: according to the ING Economic Bureau is a growing market in 2015 to 465.000 registrations. In 2016, however, a decline to 400,000.
